The Logbook

Founding Editions
Two versions, same intention. The 2-year daily format for people who track tides, notice patterns, and want to remember the details that matter. And the undated gridded journal for sketches, notes, maps, whatever needs documenting.

The Logbook is a 2-year daily journal designed for people who live by the weather, the tides, and the seasons.
Each day gets its own entry -document conditions, track patterns, remember the details that matter. Use it on the water, in the field, stuck at work watching the weather shift, or just noticing what's changing around you. Two years later, flip back and see what stayed the same and what didn't.
There's also an undated gridded journal version- same quality, same thoughtful design, but with open grid pages for sketches, notes, maps, and whatever else needs documenting.

Fishers. Spearos. Surfers. Hunters. Divers. Hikers. Foragers. Farmers. Anyone who lives by the weather and the seasons. Anyone who checks conditions before making plans. Anyone who'd rather be outside than comfortable.
This isn't a journal for people who need motivational quotes or productivity hacks. It's for people who are already out there—on the water, in the field, on the trail, in the bush—paying attention, and wanting a place to keep track.
Whether you're logging fish species and tide times, trail conditions and wildlife, moon phases and hunt patterns, or just what you noticed that day, the Logbook gives you the structure to remember what matters.

Daily Format
Each page covers one day with space to log:
Location/Area
Weather/Temperature
Conditions (wind, swell, water clarity, terrain)
Moon phase and tide times
Notes & observations (the important stuff)
Two entries per page = 730 days in one book.
Flexible Structure
The fields are broad enough to work for any outdoor pursuit:
Fishing/Spearing: Species, conditions, lures, what worked
Surfing/Diving: Swell, visibility, locations, sessions
Hunting: Moon phase, wind, tracks, patterns
Hiking/Exploring: Trails, terrain, wildlife, weather
Farming/Land Work: Seasonal shifts, rainfall, growth patterns
Daily Life: Even from your desk—weather watching, planning, noticing
Or just log what you noticed that day. The Logbook doesn't judge.
The Daily Practice
Year 1, March 15: You're offshore, mackerel are running, you log the conditions and what worked.
Year 2, March 15: You flip back to last year's entry. Same week, same moon phase, same temperature. Patterns emerging.
This is the magic—it's not just a log, it's a pattern recognition tool. The more you use it, the more valuable it becomes.
